What are your shipping options?

For your convenience, we offer three types of Shipping:

Standard Shipping
3 to 5 working days to European destinations
7 to 25 working days to US & other destinations

Standard Insured Shipping
7 to 25 working days to US & other destinations

Fedex Shipping
1 to 2 working days to EU destinations
2 to 5 working days to US & other destinations

Delays might occur for different reasons such as weather, customs, holidays, and other relevant factors on the delivery system. Please understand, we do not have control over shipping after delivering orders to courier companies. Some orders can take over 6 weeks to arrive due to delays caused by the above reasons, although most orders are delivered within two weeks after dispatch.

TinyBox Jewelry is not responsible for any lost mail items that are NOT shipped expedited, tracked and insured.


Where is my order?

The tracking begins at the site of the order on the courier company in Portugal and can be found here: https://bit.ly/3vI3YA3

After 5-7 days after shipment, you can check the location of your order on your country's post office website. Please be mindful that this tracking is not updated on every step, but the package is still moving.

It’s very challenging for us to get updated about the tracking status by courier companies, but most of the orders are delivered within the expected delivery frame.

USPS often displays the following information:

"Origin Post is Preparing Shipment".

This information appears when orders arrived in the country’s destination - the distribution centre in NYC - but not yet distributed to the local post office.

This information keeps being shown for a few days without any further update, and then it gets updated to: "Delivered" or "Notice Left".
