• Material/Finish: handcrafted from 925 Sterling Silver, Gold or Rose Gold Vermeil ( gold or rose gold plated over sterling silver).
• Textured snake skin to add extra shiny and detail’s;
• Length: adjustable ( they offer 3 levels to adjust your earlobe: between 28mm - minimum opening – and 34mm – maximum opening). Width: 30 mm.
• Please NOTE: Due to health/hygiene reasons, our earrings/piercings can not be returned.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (EU) / 7–25 days (US & others)
Standard Insured Shipping: 7–25 days (US & others)
FedEx Express: 1–2 business days (EU) / 2–5 days (US & others)
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or holidays. Tracking starts here and updates on your local post site after 5–7 days.
We are not responsible for lost items unless shipping is tracked, insured, and expedited.
Returns & Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges on earrings, piercings (incl. fake), or personalized items — for hygiene reasons.
- Other items can be returned/exchanged within 14 days if unused, in original condition and packaging.
To request a return/exchange, email hello@tinyboxjewelry.com with your order number and photos (if defective).
Items must be sent via registered mail, and the tracking code shared with us.
Shipping fees for exchanges/returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to a defect.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or as agreed.
