ORDERING
Please allow 1 to 3 days for your order to be crafted and handmade especially for you. Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.
Please be mindful that international shipping might take longer than domestic shipping, and sometimes unexpected delays may occur.
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
If you want to buy a gift to give to a loved one, please make sure you place your order within 30 days in advance and email us with your special note on hello@tinyboxjewelry.com.
SHIPPING
For your convenience, we offer three types of Shipping:
Standard Shipping
- 3 to 5 working days to European destinations
- 7 to 25 working days to US & other destinations
Standard Insured Shipping
- 7 to 25 working days to US & other destinations
Fedex Shipping
- 1 to 2 working days to EU destinations
- 2 to 5 working days to US & other destinations
Delays might occur for different reasons such as weather, customs, holidays, and other relevant factors on the delivery system. Please understand, we do not have control over shipping after delivering orders to courier companies. Some orders can take over 6 weeks to arrive due to delays caused by the above reasons, although most orders are delivered within two weeks after dispatch.
TinyBox Jewelry is not responsible for any lost mail items that are NOT shipped expedited, tracked and insured.

After 5-7 days after shipment, you can check the location of your order on your country's post office website. Please be mindful that this tracking is not updated on every step, but the package is still moving.
It’s very challenging for us to get updated about the tracking status by courier companies, but most of the orders are delivered within the expected delivery frame.
USPS often displays the following information:
"Origin Post is Preparing Shipment".
This information appears when orders arrived in the country’s destination - the distribution center in NYC - but not yet distributed to the local post office.
This information keeps being shown for a few days without any further update, and then it gets updated to: "Delivered" or "Notice Left".
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Please check our returns / exchanges policies here.
Exchanges can take about 5 business days to be reshipped.
If the exchange / return is caused by a defect in the item, or our mistake, TinyBox Jewelry takes accountability for the reshipping costs after product inspection by our team. Otherwise, if the reason for the return/exchange is not our responsibility, the customer will be charged for the reshipment. In case of returns not caused by any defect in the item, or our mistake (for example: if the
customer has ordered the wrong jewelry size or finish), the value of the postage is not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Due to EU Legal Reasons, its nature and/or hygiene, the following items, cannot be returned
or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Earrings, Piercings and all kinds of body jewelry;
- Items on sale;
PRODUCTS
We use high-quality materials to make your TinyBox Jewelry and an anti-tarnish and waterproof in most pieces. However, some of our items are not waterproof (and this is clearly being announced in the listings), so we highly recommend you to avoid direct contact with water (like swimming or showering), perfumes, moisturizers, and body lotions. We also suggest that you take off your jewelry when you work out or go to the beach.
