♥ Tiny opal stones that I use in each ring, are hand-cut by me, from a larger stone. Due to the natural nature of opal stones and craftsmanship (cutting and mounting the ring), all rings and stones are different and unique. Please allow for differences in color, shape, and size.

FedEx Express: 1–2 business days (EU) / 2–5 days (US & others)
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or holidays. Tracking starts here and updates on your local post site after 5–7 days.
We are not responsible for lost items unless shipping is tracked, insured, and expedited.
Returns & Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges on earrings, piercings (incl. fake), or personalized items — for hygiene reasons.
- Other items can be returned/exchanged within 14 days if unused, in original condition and packaging.
To request a return/exchange, email hello@tinyboxjewelry.com with your order number and photos (if defective).
Items must be sent via registered mail, and the tracking code shared with us.
Shipping fees for exchanges/returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to a defect.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or as agreed.
